EastGroup Properties Announces the Income Tax Treatment of its 2016 Distributions

JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI, January 26, 2017 – EastGroup Properties, Inc. (NYSE:EGP) announced today the income tax treatment of its 2016 distributions as described below.
