EastGroup Properties is seeking industrial acquisitions which meet the following criteria:

• Multi-tenant bulk distribution buildings preferred.
• Low office build-out, less than or equal to 20%.
• Priced at a discount to replacement cost.
• Minimum clear height of 18 feet.
• Minimum truck court length of 100 feet.
• Sprinklered, concrete tilt-up construction.
• Between 50,000 and 250,000 square feet per building
• Purchase prices between $1,000,000 and $50,000,000
