David Y. Hicks, Jr., Vice President, is responsible for EastGroup’s operations in the Austin, Dallas and San Antonio markets. Mr. Hicks joined EastGroup in 2011. Prior to joining EastGroup, Mr. Hicks was Vice President & Market Officer for Prologis. He has also worked as a Senior Consultant for Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
